Tuotekuvaus
Kolmilamppuinen riippuvalaisin Ravena kromatulla pinnalla
Ravena on valmistettu kolmesta erikokoisesta lasikuulasta ja se on riippuvalaisin, joka sopii erinomaisesti pöydän yläpuolelle sijoitettavaksi. Siinä sen tyylikäs ulkomuoto tekee vaikutuksen ja elegantti tyyli pääsee oikeuksiinsa. Tähän oman osansa tuo myös kuulien kromattu ulkopinta. Lampuiksi sopivat perinteistä hehkulamppua muistuttavat filamenttilamput, koska ne tekevät ulkomuodosta entistäkin näyttävämmän.

Yes, an electrician can help with this upon installation. Please note, cutting any cables would nullify the guaranty, so we recommend avoiding that.

This is not suitable for a bathroom as it only has IP20.

Nopea toimitus ja kuva vastasi tuotetta.
Tuote vastasi kuvaa täydellisesti, mutta isoin lasipallo olikin luonno...
Tuote vastasi kuvaa täydellisesti, mutta isoin lasipallo olikin luonnossa odotettua suurempi, joten ei sopinut tilaamme. Kiinnitys olisi myös ollut työläs ja olisi vaatinut valopistokkeen irrottelua jne. Mikäli olisi mittasuhteiltaan sopinut tilaamme, olisimme kuitenki nähneet tämän vaivan. Yllätyin kuinka nopea ja vaivaton toimitus sekä palautus. Yksi tähti pois, kun yksi lasipallon kiinnike oli hieman vino, ei olisi vaikuttanut ulkonäköön.

One of the glass spheres got broken while changing the light bulb, I contacted customer service to buy the new glass sphere and was told that they don't sell replacement parts, and have to purchase the whole light. If this were mentioned in the product description, I would have never bought this light. There is a question mark about the companies sustainable development goals.

Thank you for leaving this review. We regret to hear that one of these glass globes has gotten damaged.
Unfortunately this information is correct that replacement globes aren't provided by all manufacturers. This light unit would be from one of these manufacturer who only sell the light as a full refund and doesn't allow for purchase of replacement parts.
We apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment this causes.

We would like to apologise that these are not to your liking. The lights can as a result be returned free of charge for a full refund. Our Customer Care team can be contacted by phone or e-mail who will be happy to provide pre-paid return labels for free return.
If these ligths are too long, the cables can be shortened. An electrican can help with this upon installation because the cable should not be cut as this would nulify the warrenty.
